Annette has followed on from previous managers for Airey ensuring caring tenants have leased our Unit so never had issues with rent payments, bond, and no property damaged ever done. It’s been a team act as we’ve followed up on any minor repairs suggested to keep the property in good condition by Annette. Tenants have felt comfortable & able to discuss any issues with Annette that they felt needed attention or sorting out . We appreciate the professional & timely manner that accounts /statements are prepared & sent . Also ensuring we follow landlord responsibilities & inform us of updates to changes to laws and more . Lease agreements have always been completed in a timely manner . We tell friends & family how effortless it is for us using your services.
