Belinda has a background in travel and business management and has worked in, owned and managed some of the best travel agencies in the western suburbs.

In 2016 Belinda made the decision to join her husband Warwick in the real estate industry and is now a hands on owner, working daily in the business and selling property throughout the western suburbs.

Belinda has a passion for connecting the perfect buyer for the seller and loves to work on maximising the sales outcome for all her clients.

Outside of work Belinda adores her two beautiful children, Italian Greyhound, travel and the company of family and friends. She is also actively involved in the wider community with junior sports and the school.

Warwick entered the real estate industry in 1996 and today is the owner and licensee of Airey Real Estate incorporating both the Claremont and Subiaco office. A highly experienced agent, Warwick believes that hard work, honesty and complete professionalism are the key to achieving the best outcome for all his and the company’s valued clients.

Warwick and his wife Belinda who is also a director of the business have two young children who attend local schools. Outside of work Warwick is passionate about the local community and is involved in coaching junior rugby at Associates RUFC.

David Airey commenced his real estate career in 1973 as a salesman at Peet and Co, obtained his agent’s licence in 1976 and auctioneer’s licence in 1977. In 1978 he co-founded the well-known western suburbs agency Airey, Potter & Associates.

David has experience in every facet of property and has handled the listing and sale of residential and commercial properties across Perth. In addition to the management of his agency, which has an extensive portfolio of residential property under management, David enjoys the challenges of listing and selling for a wide range of valued clients built up over 30 years in business.

With a dedicated, loyal staff, active in the local market David offers experience, negotiating skills and value to property transactions.

David was honoured to be elected President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia from 2009 to June 2011. In 2011 was he was elected President of the Real Estate Institute of WA for a 2 year term and re-elected in October 2013 for a second 2 year term, the first time in REIWA’s history for a President to serve such a term of office.

In 2015 David accepted the role of Inaugural Chairman of the WA Division of the Salvation Army Advisory Board. He is also active in the community and maintains a strong allegiance to Claremont Football Club, his local WAFL club, David has a strong media profile and is often asked by journalists to provide an expert opinion on the market.

In 2017 David was awarded the Kevin Sullivan Award for Excellence by the Real Estate Institute of WA in recognition of his services to the industry and the Institute in WA. In 2018 David was bestowed with the President’s Award by Real Estate Institute of Australia in Sydney. This award recognises excellence and service to real estate over a long period and is the pinnacle award in Australia.

In the Queen’s Birthday Honours 2020 David was appointed as Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in recognition of his services to the real estate industry and the community.

Following in his father’s footsteps (who worked in the very same building) Tom now thrives in the real estate world, where he loves building relationships and helping clients achieve their property goals. At Airey Real Estate, Tom enjoys reconnecting with his old school friend Warwick, getting to know his wife Bel, and being part of a warm, supportive team. Every day is rewarding, especially working alongside the talented Property Management team. Outside of work, Tom is dedicated to his morning gym routine, training five days a week. When the weather warms up, you’ll find him relaxing at the beach.

Annie started working at Airey back in 1991 as a receptionist. After briefly leaving us in 1999 to have her second child, Annie returned in 2009. She has been a valued member of our team for over 20 years. Annie has a great deal of experience in reception and administration. She is very pleasant to deal with and is always very happy to assist our owners and tenants with enquiries.
