Angela is a great communicator. Is proactive and takes care of owner and tenant requests in a timely manner. I felt like my last two agents, I was having to ask them to do things I felt were in their realm and communication was extremely poor. The dishwasher hadn't been working for 3 months, my tenant had advised the agent and nothing definitive had been sorted. This contributed to my tenant leaving the property. 

With Angela, if there are any issues they are sorted quickly meaning both the tenants and I are happy. Happy tenants and happy landlords are the perfect combination.
