We are pleased to announce 2 important changes at Airey Real Estate.

Firstly, we are excited to unveil our new branding to replace the blue and white colours and to refresh our image as we move toward 2018 when, in August, we celebrate 40 years in business – that’s quite a milestone for us next year. Now, as we head towards the last few weeks of 2017, we are optimistic about the potential for an improved property market and better conditions for our investor clients.

Secondly, we announce that Coakley Martin Real Estate in Subiaco will rebrand as Airey Real Estate Subiaco under the management and ownership of Warwick and Belinda Airey who, along with their staff, are enthused at the opportunity to join the Airey Group.

As most of our clients will know, Warwick spent many years in our Claremont office before leaving in April 2016 to buy the Coakley & Martin agency business. We now have two Airey Real Estate offices strategically located in prominent western suburbs collectively managing over 800 properties and employing 25 staff in Property Management, Sales and administration.

Together we will work harder to maintain our position as the leading local agency in residential property leasing in the western suburbs. Over the next few months we will introduce new ways to improve service delivery, new strategies and work practices so we can operate more efficiently with our clients to deliver the highest levels of satisfaction through results.

Each Airey office has an independent Property Management and Sales team with long serving professional staff who are dedicated to client service and communication.
